Book publisher Faber confirmed on Wednesday that stage, screen and voice actor Richard Armitage will embark on a UK book tour this autumn to promote his new title The Cut, the follow-up to his bestselling thriller Geneva.

The tour begins on 14 June at Capital Crime, followed by appearances across the country, including Bath Festival on 3 September and Waterstones Newcastle on 11 September. Armitage will be joined by high-profile chairs such as Lisa Jewell, Louise Minchin, Clare Mackintosh and LJ Ross.

Armitage, known for his roles in The Hobbit, Captain America and Ocean's 8, debuted as an author with 'Geneva', which became a top 5 crime debut in 2023 and a no. 1 Audible bestseller.
