Publishing company Bonnier Books UK revealed on Friday that its imprint Leap will publish The Chaotic Cook by Kay Allinson, co-founder of Pinch of Nom.

Publisher Carole Tonkinson acquired world English-language rights from Clare Hulton of Clare Hulton Agency.

The Chaotic Cook will be published in hardback and ebook in January 2027. This cookbook is designed to make home cooking simpler for people with ADHD or scattered focus, featuring practical ingredient lists, easy-to-follow methods, substitutions and tips.

Allinson co-founded Pinch of Nom, which has grown from a small online community into the UK's most popular food website and a bestselling cookbook series with more than five million copies sold.
