Imagine Learning, a provider of core curriculum, courseware, supplemental solutions, assessment, and school services, announced on Wednesday that it has acquired Wayside Publishing, a provider of world language curriculum and language-learning solutions.

This strengthens Imagine Learning's instructional materials portfolio and expands its support for student success beyond graduation.

The acquisition adds proficiency-based curriculum across Spanish, French, German, Latin, and Italian, designed to help schools build students' academic foundations, communication skills, and cultural understanding.

Imagine Learning said the addition of Wayside supports its focus on developing critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills through K-12 education.
