Thruvision secures GBP3m-plus South-East Asian airport contract
Walk-through security technology company Thruvision Group plc (AIM: THRU) announced on Monday that it has secured a contract worth more than GBP3m through its principal regional partner in Asia to deploy its walk-through security technology across multiple major airports in South-East Asia.
The deployment will focus on screening airport workers and mitigating insider threats using multiple high-throughput people-screening systems. Delivery is expected during the second half of the financial year ending 31 March 2027 and will represent Thruvision's largest deployment in Asia to date.
This contract is Thruvision's third Asian award worth more than GBP1m in the past 14 months, supporting its strategy of working with regional partners to secure large-scale security opportunities.
