Nordic engineering and design consulting group XPartners Samhällsbyggnad AB said on Tuesday that it is strengthening its presence in the Netherlands with the addition of Flux Partners to its group, marking the second Dutch company to join and further building its local platform.

Flux Partners, founded in 2014 and headquartered in Diemen near Amsterdam, provides advisory and project management services focused on energy and infrastructure, with a particular emphasis on technically complex tenders. The company employs around 100 people and delivers services including tender management, project management and control, contract management and procurement, sustainability and circularity, and stakeholder and environmental management.

In 2025, Flux Partners reported revenue of EUR13m. The company has participated in more than 700 tenders over the past decade, achieving a win rate above 55%, with clients spanning leading organisations in infrastructure, energy production, grid infrastructure, and the public sector.
