Rejlers to acquire Norway-based Future Technology
Nordic engineering consultancy firm Rejlers AB (STO: REJL-B) announced on Wednesday that it has agreed to acquire all shares in Norwegian engineering consultancy Future Technology AS.
Future Technology specialises in electrical engineering, power systems, technical safety, project management, risk and safety services, and project-related health and safety, operating across the infrastructure, industrial and energy sectors. Founded in 2010, the company employs 72 people in Sandefjord and Oslo and reported 2025 sales of NOK119m.
Rejlers plans to retain Future Technology as a separate limited company to maintain impartiality while enabling closer operational integration. Chief executive Marianne Ask and her team will continue to lead the business and join the management group of Rejlers Norway.
The company will be consolidated from 1 April 2026. Following this, Rejlers Norway will have 265 employees and revenue approaching NOK500m based on 2025 figures.
