HarperCollins launches Harper Edge nonfiction imprint for personal growth titles
Publishing company HarperCollins Publishers announced on Tuesday the creation of Harper Edge, a new imprint dedicated to nonfiction works focused on personal growth, transformation and self-discovery.
Senior Vice President Hollis Heimbouch will lead the imprint as Publisher while continuing in her role at Harper Business. Kirby Sandmeyer will acquire titles for both Harper Edge and Harper Business.
Harper Edge aims to publish authors who are thought leaders and agents of change, offering readers frameworks for creativity, reinvention and emotional intelligence in both professional and personal life. The imprint will release around ten titles annually, beginning next spring with What to Make of a Life by New York Times bestselling author Jim Collins.
HarperCollins, a subsidiary of News Corp (Nasdaq: NWS, NWSA) (ASX: NWS, NWSLV), operates in 15 countries and publishes about 10,000 new books each year across more than 120 imprints.
