Anton Du Beke signs multi-book deal with Bonnier Books UK
Publishing company Bonnier Books UK announced on Friday that it has secured a multi-book agreement with television personality and author Anton Du Beke for his debut memoir and two new novels.
World All Language rights for the memoir were acquired by Blink Publishing Director Ciara Lloyd, while Bonnier Books UK co-CEO Sarah Benton and Zaffre Senior Editor Claire Johnson-Creek acquired rights for two fiction titles. The deal was brokered with Kerr MacRae of Kerr MacRae LPA.
Du Beke's memoir, described as a coming-of-age story set against the world of dance in the 1970s, will be a lead Blink title in autumn 2026, coinciding with the entertainer's 60th birthday.
The author will also return to Zaffre, Bonnier's commercial fiction imprint, where he has previously sold over 500,000 novels across all formats. A new fiction series is scheduled to launch in autumn 2027, introducing fresh characters alongside familiar favourites.
Du Beke said he was delighted to return to work with Bonnier Books UK, while Benton called the partnership a fitting celebration for "a true national treasure." Lloyd described the memoir as a "real-life Billy Elliot story" that will bring "sparkle to autumn 2026."
