Avation signs lease agreement with SUM Air for new ATR 72-600
Commercial passenger aircraft leasing company Avation PLC (LSE: AVAP) announced on Wednesday that it has signed a lease agreement with South Korean carrier SUM Air for a new ATR 72-600 aircraft.
The aircraft, scheduled for delivery in November 2025, is part of the ten ATR 72-600s Avation ordered in 2024 under its long-term purchase contract with ATR. It will also be the first aircraft to join SUM Air's fleet.
Headquartered in Singapore, Avation owns and manages a fleet of commercial passenger aircraft leased to airlines worldwide.
