Newmark Security plc (AIM: NWT) announced on Wednesday that it has entered into an exclusive partnership with Synerion, a global provider of cloud-based workforce management software, to expand its Human Capital Management (HCM) division in North America.

The agreement will integrate Newmark's GT Clock timeclock hardware with Synerion's software across Synerion's HCM partner platforms, targeting the direct-to-end-user market.

GT Clock features advanced biometric capabilities, including facial recognition and fingerprint scanning, as well as centralised cloud-based device management.

Under the partnership, Synerion will exclusively deploy GT Clocks in all new system integrations, positioning the devices as its standard hardware solution. The combination of Synerion's software and GT Clock technology aims to deliver a unified workforce management solution, streamlining compliance and simplifying HR operations.

Newmark operates from the UK and US, delivering electronic, physical and software security systems through its Human Capital Management and Access Control divisions.
