CrowdStrike launches Charlotte AI Agentic innovations to redefine SOC operations
Cybersecurity company CrowdStrike (NASDAQ: CRWD) announced on Monday that it has unveiled Charlotte AI Agentic Response and Charlotte AI Agentic Workflows at RSA 2025, advancing its AI-native CrowdStrike Falcon platform into an autonomous cybersecurity reasoning engine. These capabilities build on Charlotte AI Agentic Detection Triage to move beyond simple copilots, enabling independent data analysis and action with bounded autonomy.
Charlotte AI Agentic Response boosts analyst productivity by automating investigative reasoning, expediting root cause analysis, lateral movement mapping and incident response. Charlotte AI Agentic Workflows, integrated with Falcon Fusion SOAR, allow security teams to deploy LLM-powered, drag-and-drop workflows for automated decision-making and tailored communications.
Falcon Complete Next-Gen MDR with Charlotte AI combines expert analyst oversight with autonomous triage and analysis, delivering a unified AI-powered SOC that enhances detection, investigation and response across the digital estate. Charlotte AI Agentic Detection Triage now extends to Falcon Identity Protection, helping analysts prioritize identity threats alongside endpoint and cloud alerts.
New Falcon platform extensions include Falcon for XIoT with ExPRT.AI, offering real-time adversary-driven insights validated by over 12 leading ICS vendors, and CrowdStrike Pulse Services, modular expert-led engagements to operationalise agentic AI and accelerate security maturity.
CrowdStrike's Falcon platform, powered by the CrowdStrike Security Cloud and world-class AI, continues to provide hyper-accurate detection, automated protection and elite threat hunting across critical enterprise risk areas, reinforcing its position as a global cybersecurity leader.
