Norwegian engineering company Aker Solutions (OSE:AKSO) announced on Wednesday that it has entered a strategic partnership agreement with Vår Energi ASA (OSE:VAR) to deliver maintenance and modification services for Vår Energi's assets on the Norwegian Continental Shelf. Honeywell and StS-ISONOR are also part of this long-term collaboration.

The agreement emphasizes a proven collaboration model with incentives for integrated teamwork and shared goals.

Services under this partnership focus on efficient project planning, execution and maintenance operations. The initial contract duration is five years, with options to extend up to 11 years. This partnership aims to drive value through alignment on safety, efficiency and mutual objectives.
