Little, Brown to publish Biden memoir 'Promise Me, America' in November 2026
Little, Brown and Company, a division of Hachette Book Group, has announced the international publication of 'Promise Me, America', President Joseph R. Biden Jr.'s account of his presidency and four defining years in American history.
The memoir will be released on 17 November 2026, with preorders available through book retailers.
The book covers Biden's administration following his inauguration on 20 January 2021, when he entered office amid a global pandemic, economic challenges, infrastructure concerns, and significant political divisions.
Little, Brown president and publisher Sally Kim said the publisher views the memoir as a significant record of Biden's public service and political legacy.
'Promise Me, America' details the domestic and international challenges Biden faced, the decisions made during his presidency, and his perspective on democracy and public responsibility.
The publication marks Biden's third book, following 'Promises To Keep' and the #1 New York Times bestseller 'Promise Me, Dad', which reflected on his life of service and family.
