Technical installation and service provider Bravida Holding AB (STO:BRAV) announced on Friday that Bravida Norway will acquire NITEK AS, a leading HVAC systems supplier in northern Norway.

NITEK AS generates annual sales of approximately NOK50m and employs 17 people.

This acquisition, effective 1 November 2025, follows existing collaboration between the two companies and is expected to create new opportunities for integrated, cross-disciplinary service delivery with a strong local presence. NITEK AS has built a solid reputation over 60 years through long-term customer relationships.

Tom Roger Jensen, regional manager of Bravida Norway, said that the deal strengthens Bravida's capacity, expertise, and local footprint in a market undergoing significant development. The acquisition positions Bravida as the largest HVAC contractor in northern Norway.
