New book explores science of aging and strategies to extend lifespan
Book publisher Archway Publishing revealed on Monday that physician and academic Dr Noor Gajraj has released 100 Pathways to Longevity: Add 25 Years to Your Life, a guide examining the biological and lifestyle factors that shape human longevity.
Drawing on more than 40 years of clinical practice and over 100 published works, Gajraj blends scientific research with practical advice on nutrition, exercise, stress management, sleep and emerging technologies aimed at extending healthy lifespan.
The book emphasizes that genetics play only a partial role in aging, with lifestyle choices exerting significant influence. Gajraj argues that evidence-based interventions - from social connections to supplements and prescription therapies - can meaningfully improve health outcomes and longevity.
Published by Archway Publishing, the book is available in softcover, hardcover and electronic formats through Amazon and Barnes & Noble. Gajraj is currently a practicing physician at the North Texas Medical Anti-Aging Center and formerly served as Associate Professor of Anesthesiology and Pain Management at U.T. Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas.
