Shape Robotics wins EUR3.8m Vietnamese school system order
Danish ed-tech company Shape Robotics A/S (CPH:SHAPE) announced on Monday that it has secured an order from the Vietnamese school system valued at EUR3.8m (DKK28m) for 150 Thinken laboratories integrated with Sanako Connect, an app-based language learning tool.
The offering became part of Shape Robotics' portfolio following its spring 2025 acquisition of Finland's Sanako Oy.
The integration of Sanako's digital language learning expertise has enabled the company to enter the Southeast Asian market with a significant order in Vietnam, a country with around 27,000 schools. This deal supports Shape Robotics' strategy to provide combined STEAM learning and robotics technology and AI-supported language learning solutions to a global customer base.
An initial delivery of Thinken labs to 20 schools will be made in October 2025 as part of a pilot project in collaboration with a local distributor and Vietnam's Ministry of Education. The ministry oversees a national education network serving approximately 14 million students.
This order does not change the company's 2025 guidance.
