Newmark Security plc (AIM:NWT), a provider of data management solutions and security systems, on Thursday announced a new five-year supply agreement between its subsidiary, Grosvenor Technology Limited, and Protime NV, a specialist in time registration, access control and workforce planning, and part of SD Worx Group.

The agreement extends a 25-year partnership and reaffirms Grosvenor's role as a supplier of GT Connect cloud services, time clock hardware and OEM access control equipment to Protime.

This deal aligns with both companies' strategic goals, including market expansion and delivering enhanced workforce management solutions to enterprise clients.

As part of the agreement, Grosvenor and Protime will also jointly develop next-generation workforce management devices.
