IBM brings its enterprise transformation expertise, supported by its AI-powered delivery platform, IBM Consulting Advantage, to accelerate implementation and value creation.

Organisations are provided with actionable process improvement plans, visibility into efficiency levers and quantified value cases tied to expected ROI. In one engagement, Hackett AI XPLR enabled a client to identify seven improvement themes and eighteen AI use cases within its invoice-to-pay process, significantly accelerating insights compared with traditional methods.
