Greenberg Traurig Advises Nomad Foods on EUR880M and US$620M Term Loan B Facilities and EUR175M Revolving Credit Facility

Greenberg Traurig, LLP has advised Nomad Foods Limited, the New York Stock Exchange-listed company and Europe's leading frozen food producer, on the refinancing of its term loan B (TLB) and revolving credit (RCF) facilities.
The refinancing package includes a US$620 million U.S. dollar-denominated TLB, bearing interest at the SOFR rate plus 2.5% per annum, and a EUR880 million euro-denominated TLB, bearing interest at EURIBOR plus 2.5% per annum. In addition, the transaction provides for a EUR175 million multicurrency revolving credit facility.
