Epson launches SureColor G6070 direct-to-film printer
Printer manufacturer Epson America Inc, part of Japan-based Seiko Epson Corporation (TYO:6724), on Wednesday introduced the SureColor G6070, its first wide-format direct-to-film (DTFilm) printer.
Designed for garment decorators, the SureColor G6070 offers high-quality, efficient and reliable printing on a wide range of materials.
The printer features a 35.4-inch print width, PrecisionCore Micro TFP printhead technology and new UltraChrome DF inks. Its compact design and low-maintenance features, including an automated maintenance system and fabric printhead wiper cleaning system, minimise downtime and maximise productivity.
The SureColor G6070 is priced at USD13,995 MSRP and will be available through Epson Professional Imaging resellers in the spring.
This new printer addresses the growing demand for versatile and cost-effective solutions in the DTFilm market.
