Nuvion Partners with EbonyLife Place London
US-based Nuvion, an AI-powered global bank for businesses and platforms, has formed a partnership with EbonyLife Place London, the new home for African and Black film, culture and creativity in the UK, the company said.
The partnership was announced to coincide with the official opening of EbonyLife Place London in Nine Elms.
A first-of-its-kind destination and home to the UK's only cinema dedicated exclusively to African and Black film, the venue also brings together art, fashion, retail, music and cultural experiences under one roof, creating a permanent London destination for African storytelling and creativity.
The venue opened with the support of the Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, and will host Film Africa screenings from 26 to 30 October.
As the Official UK Banking Partner, Nuvion will work with EbonyLife Place London to connect Africa's growing creative economy with the financial infrastructure and opportunities needed to operate internationally.
Through its global accounts, cross-border payment and payout capabilities, and fiat and stablecoin rails, Nuvion can help businesses operating across markets receive payments, pay partners and manage funds across multiple currencies from a single platform.
The partnership will continue beyond the opening, with Nuvion and EbonyLife Place London collaborating on cultural and business-focused programming and activations over the coming year.
