On June 26, 2026, we proudly celebrated the Grand Opening of Cliffmore Park in Fayetteville, North Carolina, alongside amazing colleagues, local leaders, and development partners. Cliffmore Park is a newly constructed 72-unit community designed for seniors. Following the devastating impacts of Hurricane Matthew in 2016 and Hurricane Florence in 2018, which caused the destruction of many homes in the Fayetteville area, the development of Cliffmore Park was designed to support the rebuilding of the community. The project was awarded a prestigious Community Development Block Grant through the Disaster Recovery program administered by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. We are proud to play a role in delivering thoughtfully designed homes and were honored to celebrate this exciting achievement!
