Prosafe SE (OSE:PRS), an operator of semi-submersible accommodation vessels, confirmed on Friday that it has signed a contract with Ithaca Energy (UK) Limited for the Safe Caledonia vessel to provide accommodation support at the Captain field in the UK sector of the North Sea.

This agreement follows a prior Letter of Intent announced on 18 December 2025.

Safe Caledonia will provide gangway-connected accommodation support for offshore operations.

The contract covers a firm period of six months starting in Q2 2027, with up to three months of optional extensions. The total contract value is estimated between USD30m and USD44m, depending on optional periods exercised.
