Professional services firm Aon plc (NYSE: AON) announced on Wednesday that it has expanded its Aon Claims Copilot platform globally, strengthening its data and analytics capabilities across its Commercial Risk business.

Following a pilot launched in November 2025, the platform has been rolled out across North America, Asia Pacific and selected EMEA markets. Aon Claims Copilot integrates claims data, analytics and management tools into a single connected platform designed to improve transparency, consistency and data-driven claims handling.

The system is now supporting Aon's 1,800 claims professionals across more than 50 countries and over 20 product lines. Features include real-time claims analytics dashboards, carrier performance evaluation, secure client access to claims updates and automated workflow tools aimed at improving speed and accuracy.

Aon said the platform forms part of its wider investment in data and analytics technology, alongside Aon Broker Copilot and its Risk Analyzers and Diagnostics tools. The company plans to extend Claims Copilot into additional EMEA and Latin American markets in the coming months.
