O'Melveny Advises Apollo in Interiors Business Acquisition

NEW YORK - O'Melveny advised Apollo Global Management on environmental matters in the acquisition of the vehicle interiors business of French automotive supplier Forvia SE in a deal valued at EUR1.82 billion. Forvia's interiors business is one of the world's leading suppliers of automotive interior products, including instrument panels, door panels and center consoles.

The transaction is expected to be completed in the second half of 2026, subject to regulatory approval, consultation with employee representative bodies, and customary closing conditions.
