XPartners acquires Swedish mobility consultancy Siama
Nordic engineering and design consulting group XPartners Samhällsbyggnad AB announced on Friday that it has acquired Swedish consulting company Siama AB through its subsidiary NSP, strengthening its expertise in sustainable mobility, public transport and electrification.
Founded in 2021 and headquartered in Sala, Sweden, Siama has five employees with specialist knowledge in traffic planning, transport development, e-mobility, and public transport. The company provides services in project management, tender processes, procurement, contract law, fleet electrification, and operational development, as well as engineering support related to mobility and the transport transition.
Siama's client base includes municipalities, regional authorities and vehicle manufacturers across both public and private sectors. The firm focuses on integrating green technologies to improve the interaction between technology and the environment.
NSP CEO Afshin Monazam said that Siama's expertise aligns with ongoing transformations in the built environment and offers strong potential for collaboration within the group.
