Tigo Energy to introduce its smart heating integration at Intersolar Europe
Intelligent solar and energy software solutions provider Tigo Energy Inc (NASDAQ: TYGO) announced on Wednesday that it will unveil its expanded EI Residential platform at Intersolar Europe in Munich from 7-9 May 2025, showcasing full integration of solar, storage, mobility and heating.
New products include the GO Junction, a smart heating interface that links photovoltaic generation and energy management with home heating systems. Positioned as the final component of a fully integrated energy solution, GO Junction enables intelligent control of third-party heat pumps via Tigo's Energy Intelligence platform. This move aligns with the rapid growth of Germany's heat pump market, which is expected to reach ten million units by 2030.
The platform extension follows the launch of the GO EV Charger, which brought electric mobility into the residential ecosystem. Together, GO Junction and GO EV Charger complete Tigo's unified smart home energy system, designed to lower heating gas costs and accelerate solar adoption.
At Intersolar, Tigo will also showcase the TS4-X platform, offering modular MLPE with advanced optimisation, monitoring, and rapid shutdown. All system data, including energy recovery insights, can be accessed through the Energy Intelligence software for real-time performance analysis and control.
Tigo Energy, founded in 2007, develops intelligent hardware and software solutions for residential, commercial and utility-scale solar systems. The company's portfolio includes MLPE devices, inverters, and storage solutions, with a focus on improving energy yield and safety while reducing operational costs.
