Dairy Concepts is an Irish dairy snacks company based in Fermoy, County Cork which was founded by Tom Brennan in 2012. The company currently employs 24 people from across the Munster region. The Irish business is focused on the development of a portfolio of "world first", hand-held dairy snacks for the global market.
