Green Landscaping Group AB (STO:GREEN), a Swedish provider of landscaping and construction, ground maintenance and snow & ice removal, announced on Friday that it has acquired Tiefbau Lenzen GmbH, a German company specialising in light civil engineering and landscaping services.

Based in Bonn, Tiefbau Lenzen serves the public sector in the greater Cologne-Bonn area of North Rhine-Westphalia. The business generated approximately EUR8m in revenue in 2024 and employs around 30 people.

This acquisition will bolster Green Landscaping Group's presence in the German market and expand its service offerings. The previous owner of Tiefbau Lenzen has become a shareholder in Green Landscaping Group AB.
