SPIE SA (Euronext Paris:SPIE), a French provider of multi-technical services in energy and communications, announced on Friday that it has acquired AnyLinQ B.V., a Netherlands-based provider of ICT infrastructure solutions.

AnyLinQ specialises in designing, implementing and managing complex IT and OT solutions, including data management, cloud services, cybersecurity and data analytics. The business generated approximately EUR21m in revenue in 2023 and employs 70 people.

This acquisition will enhance SPIE's position in the ICT infrastructure market, expand its customer base and create synergies with its existing services.
