AspenTech agrees acquisition of Micromine
Technology and software company Emerson (NYSE:EMR) said on Wednesday that its 55% majority owned subsidiary, AspenTech (NASDAQ:AZPN), has entered into an agreement to acquire Micromine, an end-to-end mining software provider.
