Technology services provider HCLTech (NSE: HCLTECH.NS) (BSE: HCLTECH.BO) announced on Wednesday that it has been selected by The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America to support a multi-year, AI-driven technology transformation aimed at enhancing customer experience and modernising enterprise IT operations.

The partnership focuses on long-term technology modernisation, with Guardian deploying HCLTech's GenAI service transformation platform, AI Force, to accelerate enterprise-wide innovation. This engagement is expected to improve operational efficiency, strengthen engineering outcomes and reduce time-to-market across application development, support, testing and infrastructure management.

HCLTech has more than 226,300 employees across 60 countries, delivering capabilities across AI, digital, engineering, cloud and software. The company reported consolidated revenues of USD14.5bn for the 12 months to December 2025.
