Azizi Developments Announces Strategic Collaboration with Dorlet for High-Tech Access Control at Burj Azizi
Azizi Developments has entered into a strategic partnership with Dorlet, Spain's leading security systems provider, to deliver high-performance access control technology at Burj Azizi, which will stand as the world's second-tallest tower once completed.
Based in Spain, Dorlet is a globally recognised specialist in access control, security solutions and identity management technologies. The company's long-standing experience includes major government, aviation, commercial and mixed-use developments, with a reputation built on robust software, precision-crafted hardware and flawless integration with building automation systems.
This collaboration reinforces Azizi's mission to ensure Burj Azizi is powered by best-in-class smart infrastructure. Dorlet's systems will enhance the tower's operational flow, providing seamless and secure access across residential, hotel, commercial and operational areas. Key features include intelligent monitoring, layered authentication and the ability to integrate with future technological advancements.
Mr. Farhad Azizi, Group CEO of Azizi Group, said: "Our partnership with Dorlet reflects our ongoing efforts to integrate the best of proven global technologies into Burj Azizi, ensuring the tower operates at the highest standards of security, innovation, and user experience. Dorlet's expertise in access control aligns seamlessly with our vision of creating a landmark that redefines luxury, efficiency, and safety. With every new collaboration, we move closer to delivering one of Dubai's most iconic achievements."
Planned for delivery in 2029, Burj Azizi will rise 725 metres over 140 floors and offer an extensive mix of residential units, hotel suites, high-end retail and world-class entertainment spaces. The luxury mall within the tower will house leading fashion brands, while the residential levels will include one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, each supported by amenity floors every 20 levels. These will feature swimming pools, wellness facilities, sports spaces, a spa, entertainment rooms, business amenities, dining options and supermarkets. Positioned above these are ultra-luxury penthouses offering exclusive access to premium facilities and served by dedicated lobbies.
Elevating the structure further will be an opulent all-suite seven-star hotel influenced by seven global cultures: Arabic, Chinese, Persian, Indian, Turkish, French and Russian. It will feature themed restaurants, an Emirati signature venue, a grand ballroom and an elite beach club, redefining luxury tourism in Dubai.
Burj Azizi is also set to achieve numerous world-firsts, including the highest observation deck (level 130), hotel lobby (level 111), nightclub (126), restaurant (122) and hotel room (118). Its summit will host a museum dedicated to the tower's creation, documenting its design and construction through multimedia displays and archival content.
