The board of directors of US-based bank holding company Peoples Bancorp of North Carolina, Inc. (NASDAQ: PEBK) have declared a special cash dividend in the amount of USD 0.16 per share, the company said.

The special cash dividend will be paid on February 14, 2025 to shareholders of record on February 3, 2025.

Shareholders are encouraged to enroll in the company's Dividend Reinvestment and Stock Purchase Plan.
