Cryo-Save chairman purchases firm shares, increases stake to 14.1%

3 November 2011 - The chariman of Cryo-Save Group (AMS:CRYO), Johan Goossens, purchased 16,700 ordinary shares on 1 November, the Dutch stem-cell bank said on Thursday.

The shares were bought at a price of EUR4.14 (USD 5.7) apiece.

Following the transaction, Goossens owns 1,316,703 ordinary shares, or 14.1% of the company's outstanding share capital.
