Allied Nevada Gold Corp closes CAD100.35m public offering of common stock

Gold mining company Allied Nevada Gold Corp (TSX:ANV) (AMEX:ANV) said on Monday that the company has completed a cross-border public offering of 11,150,000 common shares.

The public offering was priced at CAD9.00 per share for aggregate proceeds of CAD100.35m.
