ABCO Industries acquires textile chemicals business

ROEBUCK, S.C. -- ABCO Industries Incorporated and

Eastman Chemical Canada, Inc., subsidiaries of

Eastman Chemical Company (NYSE:EMN), announce the

acquisition of the North American textile chemicals

business of Rhodia Inc. Terms of the acquisition were

not disclosed.
