Wolters Kluwer expands AI capabilities for nursing education platform

Wolters Kluwer (EURONEXT: WKL), a provider of information solutions, software and services, announced on Wednesday that it has launched new artificial intelligence features within its Lippincott CoursePoint+ platform aimed at supporting nursing educators and streamlining curriculum development.

The company introduced the Lippincott CoursePoint+ Faculty Assistant, powered by Expert AI, alongside expanded Nursing Tutor Usage Insights. The AI-enabled tools are designed to help educators generate evidence-based teaching materials, including case studies, classroom activities and NCLEX-style assessment questions, while also tracking student engagement with the platform's AI nursing tutor.

Wolters Kluwer said the Faculty Assistant is integrated directly into the CoursePoint+ platform to reduce workflow disruption and improve productivity for nurse faculty. The Nursing Tutor analytics dashboard provides visibility into student query trends, frequently discussed topics and areas where learners face challenges.

The company said the CoursePoint+ platform has supported more than one million students and combines digital curriculum content, adaptive learning tools, simulation experiences and clinical decision support resources.

Wolters Kluwer reported 2025 annual revenues of EUR6.1bn and operates in more than 180 countries.
